Cancellation Policy
🧺 Superior Wash and Dash — Booking Policy 1. 📅 Scheduling & Appointments • Booking Window: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-Day Service: Available on a limited basis. Please call to check availability. • Service Hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Sundays and major holidays. 2. 🚗 Pickup & Delivery • Pickup Radius: We serve customers within a 15-mile radius of Muskegon. Additional fees may apply outside this area. • Time Slots: Customers may choose from available pickup/delivery windows during booking. • Missed Pickup: If a customer is unavailable during the scheduled time, a $5 rescheduling fee may apply. 3. 💳 Payment & Pricing • Payment Due: At time of booking or upon pickup, depending on service tier. • Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash. • Pricing Transparency: All service rates are listed on our website and confirmed during booking. Custom quotes available for bulk or specialty items. 4. 🧼 Laundry Prep Guidelines • Bagging: Please place laundry in a secure, labeled bag. We provide reusable laundry bags for regular customers. • Item Limits: Standard service includes up to 25 lbs per load. Additional charges apply for overweight loads. • Special Instructions: Customers must note any fabric sensitivities, preferred detergents, or stain treatments during booking. 5. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 12 hours before scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may incur a $10 fee. • Rescheduling: Allowed up to 2 hours before pickup. Subject to availability. 6. 🛡️ Liability & Care • Garment Care: We treat all items with care, but are not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, or shrinkage. • Lost Items: Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
